Our Vision
We make it simple for people through faith, family, & fun.
- Faith – Believing God is who He says he is and will do what He says He will do! We provide weekly gatherings not for entertainment but for encounter. (Carey Neuhoff). We want you to experience Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Sunday morning gatherings are a place to pursue God, practice using your gifts, and put God's word into action. Sundays become a platform to empower you to follow Jesus throughout the week as a disciple-maker.
- Family – To love God fully, I must love others. We provide groups and courses as avenues for you to build friendships and a greater connection with others in the new family of Jesus. Groups meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Courses are offered in the winter/spring and the fall. Both allow you to experience Acts 2. Our prayer is that groups and courses become platforms for engaging with others outside official group time. God designed us for community. Others need you, and you need others.
- Fun – Using your passions, pains, and proficiencies (3 P’s) to serve others. 1 Corinthians 12 shows us that the body is full of diversity, and we need everyone to be the strong church God has called us to be. He has a plan and purpose for your life and for this body. It is our dream to release you into your God-given purpose, both within and beyond the church.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? - When you arrive, you'll notice many people dressed in jeans, along with others wearing dress pants or dresses. Choose what makes you feel most comfortable.
- HOW LONG ARE THE GATHERINGS? - Most gatherings last 1 hour and 30 minutes. We provide gatherings not for entertainment but for an encounter with God's presence. We are accustomed to fast-paced living in America, like a Chick-fil-A drive-thru. However, when it comes to encountering God, it takes time to get our minds and hearts off the craziness of life and truly connect to Him. We try to respect people's schedule but we always invite the Holy Spirit to direct each gathering as He sees best.
- WHAT WILL MY FIRST EXPERIENCE BE LIKE? - When you park in our lot, you'll be greeted by friendly parking lot greeters who are eager to welcome you. As you step through the door, you'll find more friendly faces ready to say hello and assist with any questions you might have. We also have a hospitality area where you can enjoy some coffee, tea, water, or hot chocolate. Nearby, our connection center is staffed with a warm and welcoming host who is happy to share information or help with anything you need. For families, we offer a full children's ministry from nursery to 5th grade, so everyone is covered. We're really excited to have you with us and look forward to getting to know you better and helping you get to know Jesus better.
- DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER MY CHILD? - No, you do not need to pre-register your child. We have a check-in host available to help you with the check-in process.
- WHERE DO I PARK? - We have a parking lot right next to our church building. Since we share the space with KDI, the main entrance is the double doors facing Ford Ave, near the church sign. If the parking lot starts to fill up, our friendly parking team is always ready to help you find a spot.
